CNA Meeting 6/21 6:30pm - Post & Beam Development Neighborhood Meeting (7-11/Delaware Crossing)

Hello Neighbors!

Please join us at our next Central Neighborhood Association (CNA) meeting on June 21, starting at 6:30pm.

Location is 1007 E. 5th Avenue. Please RSVP to CNAsanmateo@gmail.com.

Our guest speakers will be representatives from Harvest Properties and Prometheus who will present the newest downtown project, Post + Beam (current site of 7-11 etc. in the Delaware Crossing strip mall on Delaware and 3rd). They have asked to meet with the neighborhood to get feedback.

The earlier feedback is received on new projects, the more likely it is for that feedback to be realized in the project - now is that time. Some things to consider: architectural style (does it blend in and complement the neighborhood?), residential vs office space, parking access for residents, and traffic impacts.
